Review of "Voices"

tern's latest effort features him in a World music setting with a stellar cast of
musicians. Mike Brecker, Dennis Chambers, Vinnie Colaiuta, Lincoln
Goines and Jim Beard are along for the ride as well as four vocalists
including Richard Bona and Arto Tuncboyacian. The opening cut One World is a stand out cut with fine vocals from Bona and Elizabeth Kontoanou
while the instrumental Way Out East is an exotic change of pace from Stern
and one of his most exciting cuts in years. Highly recommended.
