While Louisiana guitarist Wayne Smith, the driving force behind the Uncle Snarly project, was standing in the doorway of one of his favorite places to play, the Starlite Lounge in St. Rose, Louisiana, a tornado demolished the building, thus, the name of the album: Twisted. Smith handles the production and most of the guitar and vocals on the rock/blues material, but is joined by Rick Hart, Metalangelo (a.k.a. Michael Alvarado, who plays most of the juicy leads) and Ronnie Snow on guitar, and Melissa Jenneman and Monique LaBorde on vocals. Uncle Snarly delivers tornado-inspired rock with a Louisiana 'twist' - the storm is a comin'! Rock/Blues, total running time, 50:35
