Guitarist George Puleo was one of the founding members of the Buffalo fusion group Gamalo, and in 1993, recorded his solo CD, So Low. Gamalon (and general guitar fusion) fans can now enjoy this long 'hidden' album, which features four instrumentals ("Farewell", "Circus", "Tears" and "Good Morning"), as well as five vocal numbers with Puleo handling lead vocals. Puleo has built up a reputation as arguably the best guitarist/songwriter to ever come from Western New York. Having spent years on stage with Gamalon, and The Need, George is unrivaled as a performer whose musicial ability and stage presence can command a crowd. As a guitarist, George's incredible gift for phrasing cannot be copied. Singer Steve Supparits summerizes, "George is the best around!"
