Guitarist Jaron Sebastian Raven has founded his first band under the moniker of Virtuocity. Their debut album Secret Visions displays a chock-full array of melodic, classically-inspired compositions (e.g. Niccolo Paganini's Caprice for Violin #5, partially used in the track "Eye For An Eye"). Not only is Virtuocity the brainchild of Mr. Raven, it is the band which just might have the arguably best team of vocalists ever in Finnish metal. Hard rock legends Peter James Goodman (Conquest) and Marco Hietala (Sinergy, Tarot, Nightwish) undoubtedly have the best pipes in the business. Secret Visions is also a milestone for Finnish metal, it's the first neo-classical metal album completely made by a Finnish squad, and like you're already used to when it comes to Finnish bands, Virtuocity is nothing short of first class in its genre. Neo-classical metal never sounded this good. Neo-Classical Metal/Shred, total running time, 69:44 - Virtuocity @ iTunes!
