Marching Out was the follow up to Swedish guitarist Yngwie J. Malmsteen's "Rising Force" album, and continued to display amazing guitar virtuosity and overall speed, this time accompanied by Jeff Scott Soto on soaring vocals and Anders Johansson on drums (now, joining his brother Jens, who played keyboards on "Rising Force").
