Baba Gannoush's debut CD release, Egg Planet, features energetic funk rock in the vein of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. On guitar and guitar synth is Kevin Alumbaugh who isn't afraid to cut loose fusilades of six-string madness at the drop of a hat. Band members Scott Zulauf (vocals), Joelle Riani (bass) and Tim Bradley (drums) are a tight unit who have something to say and say it with a loud, funky groove.
