A Tribute To Guitar Heroes...Live! is the first volume of a series dedicated to the brilliant genius of Jimi Hendrix, Strevie Ray Vaughan, Van Halen, Steve Vai and Eric Johnson and the attributes contributing to their pivotal historical position in the growth and development of rock guitar. Recorded live at AGL Center on August 27, 2000, this album represents a deep-seated and expressive salute to all of them by Tommy Angelo, a guitarist who carries on their rich legacy. All of the musicians on this tribute (Steve Anderson, vocals; Bryan Lee, keyboard, Andrew Barrett, bass, Robert King, drums) responded with deep emotional heat, investing their respetive soulful affection and enthusiasm.
