Review of "Guitar Garbage 1.2"

By: Matt Cafissi

letter ill is from Spain, and he is a force of nature! A very original CD, and one of the strongest I've heard over the past several years. The intro is in a jazz style, but a few seconds later, it crosses over into metal with a lot of power. The production is impeccable; it might make some jealous.

The best parts seem to be "Club 22", "Not This Way" and the strange "Techexperience". In some areas it reminds me a little bit of Toby Knapp (do you remember him?) but in a more modern style.

I forgot to mention Jill's technique. No comment. Great technique, great feeling, great sounds, with the help of a monster rhythm section, Alex Brun on drums, Julien Gahwiller and Xav on bass. I remind you that this is Jill's second solo CD.

Great power for a great record!
