Joe Deninzon is a world-renowned violinist and composer. Currently based in New York City, he has traveled throughout the musical universe as a studio musician, a critically acclaimed performer with many well-known groups, and an innovator on the electric violin with his psychofunk/fusion band, Stratospheerius, who have released three critically-acclaimed CDs and are currently completing their fourth, due out spring of 2006. Fiddle Trip Funk Live! captures the group live in New York, playing six of their most popular compositions and their version of Danny Elfman's "Simpsons Theme". The band features Deninzon on electric violin and vocals, Mack Price on guitar and vocals, Bob Bowen on bass and vocals and Lucianna Padmore on drums.
