Review of "Dustbuster Demos"
|
By: Wayne Klinger
s mentioned about continuing the career of Dave Beegle, Fourth Estate is a terrific band for Progressive Rock/Jazz Fusion with some Funk and even some Metal ingredients. What's amazing is that despite this band is from the mid-80's, they were well ahead of their time. "Dustbuster Demos" is a nice collection of 19 tracks and has some absolute ripping guitarwork. The flow is nice and even some abstract, Vai-type of stuff is on here ("Dance Of The Spider Monkey"). This CD also has some cover tunes in the tune of Jethro Tull, Focus, Traditional Christmas stuff, Bacharach and Paganini. The "Paganini-Come All Ye Faithful" medley is a must-hear! TSO fans will rejoice on this one.
