Borg & Vella play fusion flamenco, a musical style they describe as being derived from the traditional spirit of flamenco infused with a blend of rhythms inspired by jazz, pop, Latin and rock musical influences. Guitarists Richard Borg and Kenneth Vella have worked together musically for over ten years and lead their band in an exciting and energy-filled musical style. The success of their first CD, "Colours Of The Spirit", introduced the artists are the newest contribution to the world of Nuevo Flamenco and New Age Latin music. Their 2003 album, Dream Out Loud, showcases Borg & Vella's ability to progress as musicians and songwriters and to move beyond the traditional boundaries set by their counterparts.
