Hello. This second column in the Double Arpeggios series demonstrates my idea of double arpeggios combined with other techniques. I really like the effect that they produce when listening to a song. It was something new for me that I actually tried on my CD Suspension.
As you have noticed in my previous columns, the arpeggio is my favorite way of playing and it was really inspired by Jason Becker's "Perpetual Burn" CD. In fact, the first guitarist that opened a new way of playing for me was Jason. Thanks to him I've studied arpeggios and I have tried to focus in my imagination how to play them in different ways.
I've tryed to develop my style with the influence of Greg Howe and Vitalij Kuprij, and all my ideas are now featured on my album. With these examples I want only to give you some more ideas - just that. I think that the music comes from the inside of ourselves and nothing can fully explain it, so all these ideas are only to help you feel more at ease during playing and improvising.
