Review of "Cinefusion"

letter are Blend is Vic samalot on electric and acoustic guitars, bass and drum programming, along with keyboardist Bobbi Holt. There's a lot to recommend their work onCinefusion, a deightful symphonic - melodic romp comprising eight tracks first recorded in 1994 and reprinted in '01. Led by Samalot's resonant guitar flights, Cinefusion reminds be both stylistically and sonically of some of the recent instrumental progressive works coming out of South America. Pieces such as the captivatingly melodic "The Old Man & The Sea" and the rockin' "Breaking The Sound Barrier" show that this Cleveland duo has what it takes to go well beyond this well - conceived intro. These tracks are so well put together that I'd love to hear more!
