Michael Lee Hill is a sparkling and distinctive musician/guitarist currently based in Cleveland, Ohio (U.S.A.) who denotes his playing style as groovin' funky rock, as one might want to hear on his most recent recording, "All That Is". His workhorse guitar is a Peavey Worgang Special with a "Mean People Need Prozac" Sticker. Hill has been playing guitar since 1981, and truthfully shares his career objective, "Enjoying this life I have chosen."
When asked to disclose his definitive or preferred effect for the guitar, Hill purposefully responded with, "Bad Horsie Wah Wah," and outlined his musicial goals, "To learn to let out exactly what's inside... nothing more, nothing less." He keeps open the possibility to, at some point, study the Seth Material, and is at the moment listening to "In Loving Memory Of" by Big Wreck, "Californication" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers abd "Abbey Road" by the Beatles. His most important gratification? "Sharing emotions and inner truths through music," he muses confidently.
Hill winds up by detailing long-term and forthcoming endeavors insightfully, by saying, "To play on the G3 tour - think big!"
Hill's discography (available here at Guitar Nine Records) includes several solo albums ("All That Is", "Frozen Thought", "Music From Here To Andromeda").
